1. Returns and Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges for most products within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@intelligentmedicinals.com within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide a clear photo of the damaged item or defect. This will help us assess the issue and process your return or exchange promptly.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our Customer Service team at info@intelligentmedicinals.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Include the RA number on your return package.
- Ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid further damage during return shipping.
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food products, supplements, etc.)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Opened CBD products
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, concentration, or product, please contact us to initiate the exchange. If the item is available, we will assist you with the exchange process. If the requested product is not available, we will issue a refund.
7. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective.

Due to the nature of our CBD products, we cannot accept returns on opened products. Please ensure you are ordering the correct potency and formulation before completing your purchase.
Regenerative Organic Certified® (ROC®) Products
All of our ROC® products undergo stringent quality control processes. If you have any concerns about the quality of these products, please contact our customer service team immediately.
Nano-Particle Products
Our water-soluble Nano-Particle products are carefully formulated for maximum bioavailability. If you have questions about usage or are unsatisfied with results, please contact us before attempting to return the product, as our team can provide guidance on proper usage.
