These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.intelligentmedicinals.com (“Site”) and the purchase of products and services from our store. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. A contract between you and Intelligent Medicinals is only formed when we process and ship your order.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the website are in U.S. dollars and may be subject to change without notice. Additional shipping fees, taxes, and duties may apply depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors including Stripe, WooPayments, PayPal, and Link. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provided.
We do not store your credit card information. All transactions are processed securely and encrypted.
6. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders promptly, but shipping times may vary depending on the product and delivery location. Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size/weight of the order. Intelligent Medicinals is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable to international shipments.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
7. Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return or exchange the product within 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@intelligentmedicinals.com within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide a clear photo of the damaged item or defect. This will help us assess the issue and process your return or exchange promptly.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our Customer Service team at info@intelligentmedicinals.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Include the RA number on your return package.
- Ensure that the product is securely packaged to avoid further damage during return shipping.
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
